As soon as you know you're pregnant, you should register for this 7-class series scheduled on consecutive Wednesdays. Topics include stages of labor, breathing, relaxation, pain management and more. A tour of the OB unit and a newborn bath demonstration are also provided. Please bring pillows, a blanket and a coach. Registration is required and space is limited.
