Fish Taco Night with Chef Sherry Schie
 If you Google the words, "Fish Taco Night," a plethora of delicious menu’s of grilled fishes and salsa’s from vacation destinations around the country pop up. If you find yourself fascinated with the idea of Fish Taco’s and want to have a little fiesta of your own, we have the perfect class for you! Chef Sherry Schie includes Fish Taco Night often on her dinner-menu and has absolutely perfected the occasion. From homemade flour tortilla to the fish, slaw, and salsa fillings, she’s has quickly become known for her attentive spin on a country-wide classic. In this class, each student will actually get to make their own homemade flour tortillas, all while Chef Sherry demonstrates the fillers and a delicious beverage to accompany the meal. So whether your new to the Fish Taco world, or you’re a regular connoisseur, this is a fun-filled and super friendly class you won’t want to miss!!
This class is being held on Thursday, May 31st from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm in the TKS Demonstration Kitchen. This class is a hands-on AND demonstration style class where each student will hand make their own flour tortillas and watch Chef Sherry demonstrate the Taco fillers. The price of the class is $28 plus tax per person and the menu being planned is:
