The American Lung Association program intended to assist individuals in quitting smoking. Freedom from Smoking helps participants quit by providing essential information and strategies in addition to using support from group members throughout the quitting process. Each class is facilitated by a trained specialist. Please call 330-334-2824 or 1-800-828-1789, extension 2824 for more information. To be held at WRH Founders Hall Quad C. Cost: $20 for a book.
