Gluten Free Start to Finish with Ken McDonald
With the ever-rising awareness of those who need to eat Gluten Free meals comes a vast group of people who just don't know what to eat or how to serve a complete meal. Ken McDonald has been eating Gluten Free since the 90's and loves taking recipes and turning them into Gluten Free versions. In this class, Ken is going to demonstrate how you can prepare a delicious, 100% Gluten Free meal start to finish that can be eaten for a nice weeknight meal or that could also serve as a dinner party menu. You will learn some tricks of the gluten-free-trade from a long-time foodie and see how simple it can be to eat and entertain Gluten Free!
This class is being held on Thursday, February 16 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm in the TKS Demonstration Kitchen. This class is a demonstration style class where you will not only get to take home recipes, but taste every item prepared. The price of the class is $28 plus tax per person and the menu being planned is:
