Healthy Summer Stir-Fries with Sue-min Lee

Healthy Stir-Fries are a great way to get a nutritious & complete meal in during the busy summer months without compromising any flavor. Sue-min Lee, Chef/Owner of Sue-min's Chinese Restaurant on Madison Avenue is a seasoned TKS instructor and really knows how to pack a big flavor punch in her Summer Stir-Fry recipes. Crunchy, Cool, Hot, & Saucy - she has actually won awards for her tremendous recipes including a "Finalist" Award in the Veggie Category of the Wooster Community Hospital's Women's Health Recipe Contest in 2005. You won't want to miss Sue-min's unique cooking style or her award winning recipe along with three others that are sure to become a staple in your recipe box all year long!
This class is being held on
Saturday, July 28th from 10:00 am to 11:30 am in the TKS Demonstration Kitchen. This class is a
demonstration style class where each student will watch Sue-min demonstrate the recipes, sample each one, and also take a copy of the recipes prepared home with them. The price of the class is
$28 plus tax per person and the menu being planned is:
