Italian Soups with Fran Grande-Fuller
There is nothing more warming than the taste of a good bowl of soup in the dead of Winter; but these aren't just any soups, they're Italian soups. Hundreds of years of history and love go into the recipes that make these soups legendary. Fran Grande-Fuller, our resident "Chef Italiano" and owner/chef of El Rancho Grande restaurant is back to teach her fans and fans-to-be all about what goes into a good bowl of Italian Soup. The three recipes being demonstrated are all traditional Italian soups made from recipes that have been handed down for years. From the homemade stock to the ingredients that go into the pot you can bet that you will leave this class warm and full of love!
