If you would like to create floral arrangements, Dot Blum, a nationally accredited master judge with National Garden Clubs, will guide you in the principles of design. We will focus on "Designer's Choice", one category of design commonly seen in flower shows. Members $45 and non-members $65. (3 weeks)
