Year of the Dragon with Sue-min Lee
2012 is the Year of the Dragon and what a better way to celebrate this amazing beast than to bring it in with a Sue-min style celebration and TKS?! The celestial Dragon is a creature of myth and legend which represents an emperor and power. In modern times it is the most auspicious symbol signifying success and happiness. Sue-min will demonstrate how to celebrate the Chinese New Year with a Hong Kong style Dimsum and tea feast and share history and stories alike. Sue-min’s experience in her own restaurant kitchen and also our demonstration kitchen combine to make this a class you won’t want to miss!
This class is being held on Saturday, January 28 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and again from 2 pm to 4 pm in the TKS Demonstration Kitchen. This class is a demonstration style class where you will not only take home delicious recipes but also get to taste every dish prepared! The price of the class is $25 plus tax per person and the menu being planned is:
