Description / Mission Statement:
The Wayne County CAC, Inc. is a child-oriented facility, which serves as a centralized location for interviewing and examining children who are victims of sexual abuse. The center is looking for volunteer nurses to assist during the medical examination of our program. The volunteer nurse would assist the center's physician or specialy trained pediatric sexual assualt nurse examiner.

Skills / Background Needed:
The volunteer needs to be nurse. The volunteer can be retired from the nursing field. Skills required: positive communicater, team player, relate to children and families in distress, positive attitude, flexible, and reliable. Ability to access the internet.

Estimated Time Commitment: 1 day/week
