Suitable for the advanced beginner who would like to work in a more relaxed environment, this class progresses slowly and is open to all teens and adults. The class will introduce basic movement vocabulary and Ballet as well as Pilates and yoga practices. Dancers will learn proper body alignment, positions of the feet, arms, and begin fundamental barre and center work. There will be no studio performance for adults. Students should wear solid colored fitness attire with Ballet Slippers.
