Pam Blaha, Vice-President of the Wayne County Genealogical Society, began researching in 2005 and Abraham Summers was always a brick wall. He has a common name, lived in Virginia in burned counties pre-1800, and never wrote about his family. Despite fathering 17 children, very little was written about Abraham Summers and his wife. Pam has taken a different path to uncovering Abraham's family.
