Enchanting Voices: Storytelling/Folklore

Julie McGhee began her storytelling experiences by listening attentively to family stories. When Julie retired from teaching she began telling stories to a variety of groups. Her first stories focused on her Irish Heritage but now she feels that “good” stories have a common background and express truths coming from a variety of traditions and sources. This program will cover stories and folklore of Ohio, the Midwest, Celtic Lands, and a Halloween tale.
