for Intermediate to Advanced dancers
As dancers we need to learn how to take care of our body -- to learn how to strengthen it and nourish it, so we can be as efficient as dancers and people. This Health and Fitness Dance workshop will introduce to you Yoga, Pilates, Hip Hop, and Musical Theater.
Dress code: Leotard and tights, bring warmups and dance footwear
