Testing for Mensa will be at the Wayne County Library, at 222 West Liberty Street, Wooster OH 44691. The test is designed for those age 14 and up. Parents of those age 14 to 17 must accompany their child and sign a consent form. Parents must stay at the facility during testing. Bring photo ID (license, school ID, etc.), exact cash, credit card or check. Interested persons may also go to the national website and pre-purchase a voucher. Bring the voucher number to the test site.
