Plant Exchange

Fall is a good time for thinning your flower beds and possibly planting something new.  Orrville Public Library will offer a free Plant Exchange on Saturday, September 21 from 10:30 a.m. - 12 noon.  You're invited to bring your divided and labeled plants and take a new plant, or many, home with you.

Any healthy portable plants, bulbs, tubers, or shrubs are welcome.  Ann McPeek, Master Gardener, will be present to answer your plant and gardening questions.

Basic guidelines:  Label the containers as to type of plant, color, and sun requirements; if the plant is a rapid spreader, warn the recipients so they can plant it with caution; please do not bring plants that have disease or insect problems.
