Want to learn to sew but have never had the opportunity? This class is for you! Sewing Machine Basics is for students with little to no sewing machine experience, or students who need a refresher on long ago learned skills. The course will start by going over basic sewing machine functions and stitches and students earning their "Sewing Machine License." Throughout the course, students will complete 3 functional projects. We will touch on topics such as fabric selection, printing and using a PDF pattern, different types of seams, and finishing options for their projects.
