Do you know the one food that could sustain life indefinitely? Bread. It was March of 2020, and Lexi felt this weird sense of resourcefulness. She comes from a line of “men provide, but don’t count the women out” mentality and it just seemed like this was her time. The thought that you can sustain life for an indefinite period with just meager flour, water, and air was so fascinating to her. And what greater joy is the responsibility of providing for your loved ones something so delicious but at the same time so advantageous to their health?

Join Lexi as she talks through what a sourdough starter is, how to care for it, & answer any questions. Free sourdough starter will be given to participants. And she will even walk through a step by step demonstration so you can learn how to make yummy sandwich bread loaves! Delicious samples of finished bread included during the class.
