The Plate Scrapers - free concerts

Thursday, June 27 - 7:00 PM

Through diverse backgrounds and influences ranging from jazz, to hard rock, to funk, the band has taken their music to an eclectic new level.
Having self-released two live albums and two studio albums, toured in fifteen states, and performed in direct support for Keller Williams, Larry Keel, We Banjo 3, and more, they have made themselves a household name in their local region of the mid-Atlantic. Their music has been featured on nationwide radio stations such as WAMU Bluegrass Country, WDVX Blue Plate Special and local magazine
Appalachian Jamwich.

Concerts are held at Rehm Gazebo, lower Orr Park, 400 North Elm Street from 7-9 p.m.  There are scattered park benches to sit on or feel free to bring your own chair, blanket and picnic snacks. Aultman Orrville has partnered up to provide free blood pressure screenings before the start of the concerts.  Donations are accepted throughout the entire concert season as these are all brought to you thru the generous donations of area residents and businesses alike.  In case of inclement weather, the show goes on!  Orrville City Schools has allowed us to use the auditorium (815 N Ella St.) in the event of rain.  We will announce it on our Facebook page as well as contacting WQKT to announce it as well. Contact Jeanne to make your donation 330-684-5001.
